Sensor Development for Poultry Production

Farmex is diversifying its development efforts through a collaborative R&D project funded by Innovate UK. Other partners are Applied Group, University of Cambridge, Dicam Technology and CampdenBRI. The project is about the development of a real-time sensor to detect bacterial challenge on poultry farms. With the current emphasis on antimicrobial resistance this timely project is exploiting all our 20 years of experience in remote data capture and engineering reliable control, alarm and monitoring solutions for farmers.
