Farmex has a first base telephone technical support service which is second to none in UK agriculture. Between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm 5 days a week you’ll always get hold of a human being who knows what they’re talking about. Although weekends are not routinely covered, nevertheless most Saturday and Sunday mornings there’s someone about at the factory who can probably help.

Farmex staff will provide field support if a technical problem is particularly troublesome.
Farmex’s network of Dealers and Trade Customers will be able to provide qualified hands within 48 hours.
